SHIPPING & HANDLING​​
Online purchases are shipped via Fed Ex from our warehouse located in New York. Bklyn House LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We do not process returns or exchanges for size. Please be sure to check our detailed size chart before ordering or send us an email with sizing/ordering questions, to ensure you are choosing the correct size or fit.If you require a refund or exchange for any other reason, (ie. defective item, you received the wrong item or size) please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
